Smiling Baby Kits?

Postby Bluepegasus » Wed Feb 03, 2010 11:18 pm

Can anyone tell me what kits there are that the baby looks happy and smiley? I really want to find one that is cute and chubby, but I have searched for ages and I can't seem to find what I want.

Hello :-)

Have you looked at Lillian by Antonio Juan? This kit makes a smiley baby. Other smilers are Rieke by Linde Scherer, Chantal by Janine de Lange and Estelle by Evelina Wosnjuk. Have a look on the Tinkerbell Creations website and look at the doll kits A-Z. There are quite a few smilers but I can't find any that look chubby too.

Hope this helps,
Joanne xx

Thank you so much for that Joanne, that is really helpful. Lillian by Antonio Juan seems to be pretty close to what I wanted!

I've just started Mika and was wondering were you get the teeth from as I would love a couple of teeth in him and also how do you fit them lol

One of my ladies asked me to do a Lillian. I bought one and sent it back. the quality of the limbs is not very good , also the limbs are sewn on to a thin cotton body and there are no groves to attach them to another body. She has a very pretty face though. Hugs Elaine x

You can probably tell I have found a nice smiling baby *points to sig*! I am also doing a custom order Mika right now too. I've done a Lillian but I wasn't overly keen on her.

Popcorn, I would guess you could just sculpt some teeth with some Sculpey.
