Realistic Mottleing effect?

Can some please tell me how to get a realistic mottle effect?? Ive tried see sponges and using a cosmetic sponge and picking bits out it but doesnt seem to give me the effect i want :(

have you tried using berry makers?? mini sponges on the end of a pen like handle... they leave dots and you sortof cluster them in bunches or go mad all over... these mottle . found this ikkle tutorial hope it helps, selena xx

Berry makers lol..... where do i get them or do i make them my self lol..... sounds interesting :-)
