limb problems help

My mum has brought a doll for me to revamp for her.It is a 24inch famosa toddler and she has a split gusset on her body.Problem is her body is sewn to the vinyl and there is no ridge so how could I replace body without replacing parts.Also she has a 18inch head that I have to get wig for?Would be gratful of any help and ideas.HUGS Dianaxx

would it be possible to glue the limbs to the body,using a strong glue. ask first and explain what you need the glue for . hope this helps with love treacle pudding x x
