Eyebrows ....

As a newbie to this incredible hobby I've been OK with the painting I have done so far .... until I got to the eyebrows that is! I just completely stripped an almost complete baby because of the diabolical hash I'd made of the eyebrows. I was really cast down at first, but got back to it next day. I'd been looking at tutorials of how to delicately feather them, but my problem was the colour (am using air dry paint) and don't understand how the dark brown paint I'd used came out gingery on the doll itself. My "baby" will have blonde hair, so what colour should I use and how can I mix one please? Any advice much appreciated!
