I have been using my ordinary fan oven but it is not recommended so I have just bought or rather my son bought me a Halogen oven for xmas purely for using to bake my kits in. It is a 12lt bowl but has an extension ring which you pop on top of the bowl to increase the cooking area, the heat is supplied from the lid via a halogen element and it also has a fan which distributes the heat evenly, it has an in-built timer which switches the oven off....will be a god send for me as I'm always forgetting what time I put my kits in. I have only just received my oven and haven't tested it out yet but I have heard they work fine.
A friend of mine just uses her heat gun and is happy with that, some other's use table top ovens but I think they need to be one with a fan in so you don't get hot spots. One thing I really would recommend is an oven thermometer...my Fan oven was actually 30 degrees hotter than it should have been so I'm glad I had one if not I could have melted my kits or at least ended up with lots of shiney ones. Hope this helps
I'm sure other's will let you know what they use and if you can use a toaster oven. Adel :-)

hi,i think some use a toaster oven but would'nt recomend it,as u get hot spots because of the type of heat, reading up on vinyl etc, convection is the recomended type of heat as u dnt get hot spots i personally use my regular oven the seperate top part and thats fine, but it is a convection fan oven anyway.x argos do convection combi ovens reasonable enough and im thinking of investing in one myself to save the trips up and down stairs to bake lol. any way hope that helps what ever u decide good luck!x :-)

Thank you all, I think I will just check out the local resale shops in town for a conventional oven. :-)
