StarLightReborns wrote:Wow Lisa, so you have to do a diabetic diet? So that's really low sugar and low fats right? My dad had type 2 diatetes and he has been put on a diabetic diet. He misses his mars bars every day and his fish and chips from the chippy. he's doing really well though.

Cath that wii board does sound good! I think I'll have to sell a few babies before I can afford one of those though! congratulations on your marraige! What date did you get married? My husband and I went to Las vegas just over 6 years ago and got married. Much less stress than planning a big do! LOL Ours in on 25th!

Cheryl thats amazing! WAY TO GO! Not just on your amazing weight loss but on keeping it off! In a lot of ways thats hardest part! I am in awe of you I really am!

Yeah on slimming world the free foods that you can eat as much as you like of are suprising. Yesterday I did a red day and basically I can eat as much lean meat as I like as long as I trim all fat off and do not add fat when cooking (except spray oil). Oh and Eggs are free! I had Egg and Bacon for lunch yesterday it was yummie! The good thing about this is that if your hungry you can eat as much of the free foods as you want. Yesterday evening I really wanted a snack and I went in the fridge and had 1/4 of a honeydew melon, it was huge! I have to say it was so refreshing (messy as well) and I really enjoyed it!

Anyway I am rambling on so I best stop! Thanks for you replies I'll keep you posted on my progress.

hugs
