I think the weight comes off pretty quickly at first and then you seem to hit a wall where it takes longer. Not to worry, it'll happen eventually.
I have to go back in for more surgery very soon anyway so in actualy fact I'm probably wasting my time completely, but, at least if I get into the habit and see that I can do it, it'll be easier to start back up again afterwards. xx
LOL You're probably right, i'm smacked against the wall right now then. My scales are working against me, they don't give an accurate weight! One set i love because it tells me that i've lost LOADS of weight. lol but i can't believe them, they lie!
The new set tells me things backwards!
My doctor told me that to get an accurate weight, you need to do it first thing in the morning after you've used the bathroom, but before you eat or drink anything, but they are backwards because i'm about 10lb heavier in the morning than i am half way through the day! lol
Hope your surgery goes well. And it may end up deafeating the object, but it makes you feel better when you work out before the surgery!
